Project payments
Deposits reserve capacity and fund discovery or initial work. Refund eligibility depends on the accepted proposal, completed work, committed capacity and non-refundable third-party costs.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Completed work, approved milestones, licences, domains, hosting and other external costs may remain payable.
Provider charges
Refunds for third-party services are governed by the provider’s own policy and are not guaranteed by ZeroniX.
